preparation of dyeing or sizing liquors, continuous upwards circulation.
Ensures both homogeneity and prevents settling.
Made of AISI 304/3 1 6 stainless steel and polypropylene.
Capacity 500 liters (other optional).

Short processing times; fitting for tank flushing and water filling
hose.
Steam line for direct or indirect heating.
Control panel : Thermometer for internal temperature monitoring.
Electric or air-driven stirrer, speed adjustable range: 0 - 1400

NB: Continuous circulation and transfer to dye feeding tanks without
pump.

MIXER
for direct processing in drums, with EXPANDING impeller = A.C.T.
The expanding impeller enables working the products directly in
the drums. The impeller features the capability of penetrating
into narrow spaces while rotating, the blades open fully and automatically.
When the processing is completed, the blades fully close when
the rotation is stopped. |

P.F.C. Filter pump
Versions : air-operated, portable, stationary, trolley-mounted.
Earth filtering, for neutral or coloured pastes, aiustable over
a 0-to-20,000 liters/hour range, with filtering unit.
Practical to use and fast-flushing (EXPLOSION-PROOF).
NB: Adapted to any automatic-feed printing or coating machine. |

These mixers are used to mix dyes of the type used for fabrics,
into dispersions, solutions and finishes.
They are equipped with an air (or electric) motor and can be fifted
to any kind of tank.
Stainless steel shaft with one or more 3-blade impellers.
Adustable speed range : 0 to 500 rpm.
NB : the A.P air motors can run in any environment instead
of explosion-proof electric motors.
Available versions : aboard the tank, floor-mounted column. |
