These mixers are suitable for any type of Colour Kitchen.
Description
Mixer with stainless-steel parts, specifically designed to reduce times
for printing-ink distribution, mixing, homogenizing and distempering.
Suitable for large and small batch runs, with labour costs savings. Self-adjusting
process times - PLC/microprocessor control -timing adjustment by operator. |

Heavy-gauge bedframe
carrying a double guideway, moving a telescopic column whereon a 1-2 motor/impeller
unit with dual-direction rotation is mounted - flushing siphon - idle
roller conveyors - main electric control panel.
Motion units:
adjustable, mechanical/pneumatic cycle. 1 or 2 motors / impellers, each
with integral one-piece shaft.
Inverter: automatically or manually programmed speed.
Feed: manual/automatic, on stainless steel idle roller conveyors - jogging
feeder, with independent inlet-outlet modules, opposed reversible motion
rollers for container rotation.
The up-and-down motion is automatically controlled according to the batch
level sensed by special conductive level-probes with a stop-and-swing
device floating on the surface.
Contemporarily, the exact quantity of colour paste is detected : the cycle
time automatically increases or decreases according to this
quantity. When the cycle is over, the impeller speed is reduced
and the impellers are raised to maximum height and appear free of any
colour paste residue.
The drum grip opens and the washing operation is completed by moving the
clean impeller to its operating position, while the dirty one approaches
the washing siphon after the preset dripping time has elapsed.
WASHING
10 lamellar jet nozzles (no pump).
Individually adjustable timing (unrelated to mixing time).
Washing time-off device after the final washing subsequent to the
last mixing cycle.

Mixing cycle characteristics
In the twin-impeller type, mixing and washing are simultaneously carried
out.
1) At the mixer inlet, the container type and capacity are detected.
2) Grippers close and container spinning starts.
N.B.: the new gripper design features four idle wheels which revolve around
the external circumference of the container, so that it cannot be ejected
during the spinning.
