This type of mixer is suitable
for batches of neutral or colour printing pastes.
It features a patented free impeller for colour homogenizing
and distempering.
Available in the 3 to 2000 kg capacity range, motor rating
1 to 45 HP, 1400/2800 rpm or inverter-controlled.
Models:
A.C. - manual motor/impeller upstroke-downstroke, with
pneumatic piston.
A.C.A. - magnetic-field controlled washing siphon.
A.C.L. - manual with timer-controlled washing siphon
A.C.A.L. - on board, adjustable with individual processing
timer and flushing timer.
NB: Optional EXPLOSION-PROOF version for solvent -
based resins. |

| The mixer bulding characteristics are identical
to those of ORBITALMIXER P.99; it is equipped with a
quick-change, remavable rotary container, available in several
optional diametres - side-mounted instead of centered impeller
- two-speed impeller motor. |

Manufactoring
features
100-to-2000 kg capacity range, for bulk processing of latex rubber
- neutral and coloured pastes - coating resins - compound -powder
mix processing - recovery of coloured pastes for 100% coating - plasters,
etc.
Optional
Adjustable scraper for high-density products. Speed-regulating inverter
over a 0-1400/2800 rpm range.
Explosion-Proof
versions for solvent-based processes.
Adaptable to other, already used containers.
